The only nursery in the area to be offering 30 hours funded to 3 to 4 year olds. Please refer to the fees page for more info.
Monmouth Day Nursery - An excellent reputation providing the highest standard of care and education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. We are small and this enables us to create a relaxed, friendly, family atmosphere. All of our staff get to know each child.
We offer up to £265 of free settling in sessions when you book with us, with a fully refundable deposit.
We have an open door policy where we can answer all of your questions. Come and get a feel for our our environment to help you find the nursery that best suits you. We offer full or part time places from 7:00am to 6:00pm all year round, closing for bank holidays.
We offer free childcare for all 3 year olds in the morning or the afternoon, with the option of flexible hours as wrap around care to suit you. For more information on these sessions click on our Fees page.

Monmouth Day Nursery
OPENING HOURS
Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm, 51 weeks of the year
Session times 8:00am – 1:00pm & 1:00pm – 6:00pm
We do open at 7:00am for an additional charge of £7.50 or from 7:30am for £3.75
We also offer breakfast which is charged at £1.50
We close for all Bank Holidays and 3 days at Christmas.
Bank Holidays will be charged at half rate or exchanged for another session
MEAL TIMES
Our menu works on a 3 week rota basis, which changes every 3 months. We are a healthy preschool setting; we follow the change 4 life guidelines for our menu choices as well as teaching children the importance of a healthy lifestyle and exercise. Our menu is always available for parents to take home a copy and a comprehensive allergens list is available.
We cater for all dietary requirements with advance notice.
10:00am - Morning snack – Choice of fresh fruit, rice cakes, crackers, bread sticks etc with water or milk
12:00pm - Lunch & pudding with water
2:00pm - Afternoon snack - Choice of fresh fruit, rice cakes, crackers, bread sticks etc with water or milk
4:30pm - Tea & fresh fruit with water
Baby Milk
Formula bottle feeds must be made on site so we ask parents to provide bottles and powder to enable us to make milk as and when required. We follow strict guidelines for preparing formula feeds and ensure that bottles are thoroughly washed and sterilised after each use.
